The Candidates bearing following Roll Nos. (arranged in merit order) have been short listed provisionally for Medical Examination for the Post of Account Assistant, the written test of which was held by DMRC on April ’ 29, 2012, Interview held on 12/06/2012 , in response to its vacancy notification no. DMRC/OM/HR/I/2012, published in Employment News dated 31^st December’2011.

The Candidate should bring 10 Passport size recent photographs with all original documents/ Certificates. The standards of Medical examination for Account Assistant i.e. (Cee-One) are available at DMRC website. The Process of Medical Examination may take upto 5 calendar days.

Candidates may note that the call for medical examination of shortlisted candidates for the post of Account Assistant is purely provisional, subject to their fulfillment of the eligibility criteria as mentioned in advertisement notice no. DMRC/OM/HR/I/2012, published in Employment News dated 31^st December’2011. Candidates must bring themselves with the following documents at the time of document verification/medical examination, without which their medical examination will not be conducted:

i.                    Candidates must have Original /Provisional degree Certificate along with all mark sheets.

ii.                 Candidates must possess the proof of passing the requisite qualification i.e. B.com, as mentioned in the  Recruitment Notice i.e. by the time of Interview (12.06.2012).

iii.                Recent OBC certificate in central format.

Important:

1.     All candidates, including Ex- SM are advised to join immediately , as the present requirement is very urgent.

2.      In case of candidates , who have passed their Degree examinations from Private / affiliated Institutions , they must produce the clear  proof of  recognition of the concerned Institute , course , and the validity for the sessions of their courses , by AICTE/ DEC/ Government within a period of 30  days from the issue of this Notification   , failing  which  they will not be allowed for medical Examination , and  failure to submit the proof  within stipulated time, will lead to  cancellation of their  candidature.

3.      The Proforma for Character/Identification Certificate to be submitted at the time of Medical Examination can be download herewith (Click here to Download). The candidates must come with the two copies of Character/Identification Certificate, issued by the authority, mentioned therein.
